Education

UC Merced bobcat statueThe Center of Excellence on Health Disparities has, since its inception, been very much involved in education at UC Merced at the graduate and undergraduate level: graduate students from the Schools of Natural Sciences, Engineering, and Social Sciences, Humanities & Arts have completed the COEHD Graduate Research Training Program; undergraduate students have conducted research with professors from the university's three schools; and undergraduate students are working towards (or have graduated with) a minor in public health, which has been offered since the Spring of 2010.

Graduate and Undergraduate programs are not available at this time, but may resume with funding. If you would like to talk to a faculty member about the possibility of research in their lab, please see our Health Disparities faculty listing for contacts and research interests.
