REDCap
REDCap was created in 2004 at Vanderbilt University, and is funded and supported by the NIH. It is a secure web application for building and managing online surveys and databases. While REDCap can be used to collect virtually any type of data in any environment (including compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, FISMA, HIPAA, and GDPR), it is specifically geared to support online and offline data capture for research studies and operations. The REDCap Consortium, a vast support network of collaborators, is composed of thousands of active institutional partners in over one hundred countries who utilize and support their own individual REDCap systems.
Before you can use UC REDCap at UC Merced, you must be added as a user in the system by submitting General IT Request form in Service Now. Be sure to mention REDCap in the short description (there is no dedicated form for REDCap yet) and ask for login access to the system for yourself and others in your lab by and providing the names and UCM IDs.
Once your account is confirmed, you can log in at https://redcap.ucmerced.edu/index.php
