HSRI bylaws provide that members must renew their membership every year order to:
- Ensure active membership;
- Collect publication and funding data for annual and five-year reporting purposes;
- Implement and adjust our support services to better serve the needs of our membership
In the sections below, please let us know what HSRI activities you've been engaged in, and what relevant papers, posters or talks have been published in the past 12 months (i.e. fiscal year July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025), honors and awards, and any HSRI-related press/publicity you’ve had in the past year. Relevant publications are those that emanate from HSRI-managed funds (e.g. grants run through HSRI), HSRI-funded projects (e.g. seed grant funded), or other health sciences publications that include your HSRI affiliation or an HSRI acknowledgement. (HSRI affiliation language available upon request and will be included in renewal packets).
A change this year is that we now have a single text field for publications, rather than separate fields. This allows for more than five publications, which is how the form was set up in prior years. Please be sure to provide full citations (not just the URL, for example, which creates a lot of work)
