HSRI bylaws provide that members must renew their membership every year order to:
- Ensure active membership;
- Collect publication and funding data for annual and five-year reporting purposes;
- Implement and adjust our support services to better serve the needs of our membership
In the sections below, please let us know what HSRI activities you've been engaged in, and what relevant papers, posters or talks have been published in the past 12 months (i.e. fiscal year July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025), honors and awards, and any HSRI-related press/publicity you’ve had in the past year. Relevant publications are those that emanate from HSRI-managed funds (e.g. grants run through HSRI), HSRI-funded projects (e.g. seed grant funded), or other health sciences publications that include your HSRI affiliation or an HSRI acknowledgement. (HSRI affiliation language available upon request and will be included in renewal packets). If you have more than five such publications, please either submit your "best five" or use the additional feedback section to add more products. * Please include only one publication/product per text box*
