HSRI Graduate Student Membership Application

Your PhD* advisor must be a member of HSRI, and must approve your HSRI student membership. If you are co-advised by more than one faculty member, please provide all names. (*or other degree e.g. MS)

How do your current and future research plans relate to the health sciences? Please note that this section will be reviewed by the membership committee. It will not be published on the HSRI website.
Please tell us a little about yourself and about your current research project(s). Keep in mind that this section will be used in your profile page on the HSRI website, so be sure not to divulge anything (personal or otherwise) that you would not want to be published online. You may wish to clear your research summary with your advisor.
