I am currently a Ph.D. student in Developmental Psychology at the University of California, Merced. I earned my B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications), where I focused on signal processing.
My research has two main directions. First, I focus on analyzing brain and neural signals using neuroimaging techniques such as fNIRS, with an emphasis on signal processing methods and data analysis. Second, I examine how these neural signals can be used to better understand cognitive and developmental processes.
More broadly, I am interested in integrating approaches from neuroscience, psychology, and engineering to study brain function and behavior.
