Dr. Kay W. Kim is developmental and health psychologist whose work focuses on how family relationships shape the health and well-being of children and adolescents. Her research examines everyday factors including sleep, diet, screen use, and physical activity, especially in racially and ethnically diverse families. She is particularly interested in how parenting practices, cultural values, and family stress influence youth mental health and healthy development.
