Elizabeth Amankwah received her BSc in Statistics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2022, and she began her PhD in Public Health in the fall of 2024. Currently, she is working with Professor Alec Chan-Golston in the Public Health Department.
Elizabeth’s research interest lies in the application of Biostatistics to address critical issues in Public Health, with a particular focus on Maternal and Neonatal Health. She aims to leverage data-driven approaches to improve health outcomes, especially in low - and middle-income countries.
