Members of the Sindi Lab come from a variety of disciplines but are united by their common desire to use mathematical and statistical tools to gain insights in into complex biological processes such as protein aggregation and blood coagulation. Research in the Sindi Lab is at the intersection of mechanistic modeling and data science as we work to learn models and parameters from data and use these models to generate hypotheses that can be tested.
