The SCIF Cytometry core facility collaborates on a wide range of experiments involving cellular analysis. Areas of particular interest include cellular differentiation, immunity, and cellular responses. We provide access to and support for key analytical technologies including high-dimensional flow cytometry, fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS), cell culture, histology, and data analysis support. We serve UC Merced labs and external investigators needing access to these advanced tools.
