Anything Else:

My research focuses on understanding how psychosocial and intrapersonal factors influence motivation in sport, physical activity, and physical education contexts. I am primarily interested in promoting youth health and well-being by enhancing youth sport and physical activity experience through theoretical and practice-based interventions.
